1.2.4.1. Abecé Group FZE will not share debit/credit card details with third parties.

1.2.7. Books are not included in the course fee.
1.2.8. Teacher assignment and student group distribution are the sole responsibility of Abecé Group FZE. We reserve the right to change the teacher during the course.
1.2.9. All information will be handled securely and confidentially and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Law. Data will only be collected, stored, and used for activities related to Abecé Group FZE.

1.2.11. Recording of classes in any audio, video, or other digital format is strictly prohibited.
1.2.12. To participate in online classes, a stable internet connection, working camera, and adequate audio system are required. Students must be visible and available to interact with the teacher and classmates throughout the session, unless exceptions have been previously notified.
1.2.13. Classes may be canceled at short notice due to circumstances beyond Abecé Group FZE’s control, such as teacher illness, safety reasons, or force majeure. In such cases, we will notify students as soon as possible and reschedule a replacement class, which may affect the course end date. No compensation will be offered to students unable to attend the rescheduled class.
1.2.14. Students should consider their commitments and personal circumstances before enrolling, as missed classes cannot be made up by joining a different group.
1.2.18. Course changes are only allowed within the first six hours of class. Any request must be communicated to the teacher during this period and is subject to availability in the suggested new level.
1.2.19. A progress test will be held at the end of the course to move to the next level. Students unable to take the exam on the scheduled date may do so at another time for a fee of 150 AED. Failure to attend or pass the exam will prevent progression. Students already enrolled may repeat the course, move to a lower level, or request a refund for the course fee paid.
1.2.20. Courses of two hours or more will include a 5–10 minute break.
1.2.22. Abecé Group FZE is committed to maintaining a respectful environment for staff and students. Offensive, insulting, or abusive behavior towards teachers, classmates, or staff will not be tolerated. Warnings or, in serious cases, suspension may apply.

1.3.1. Any discounts must be selected at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
1.4. COURSE WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
1.4.1. Requests to withdraw from a course must be made in writing at least two business days before the course start date.
1.4.2. Once the course has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unattended classes. Abecé Group FZE is not responsible for unexpected changes in a student’s circumstances that prevent attendance. Work schedule changes, job loss, illness, transportation issues, or poor internet connection are not grounds for refund.
1.4.3. Once paid, course fees cannot be deferred to a future semester.
1.4.4. If a course does not meet the minimum number of students, it will be canceled, and students may request a full refund of the course fee. No other expenses will be refunded.
1.4.5. The refund timeline will be communicated upon request.
1.5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE CLASSES AND CORPORATE COURSES
1.5.1. Before paying for corporate courses, an agreement must be signed between Abecé Group FZE and the interested party.
